The buyer will be solely responsible to ensure this product is used in accordance with the governing regulators of automotive parts. It is the buyers responsibility to comply with all local, state and federal laws regarding this product on any vehicle registered for highway use.

Disclaimer of warranty

GEAR BOX Z INC, its parent company, suppliers, employees, et al. will not be responsible for any misuse of this product. This product is not intended to be installed on vehicles registered for highway use! Removing your factory exhaust emissions equipment such as your catalytic converter or your Diesel Particulate Filter, or tampering with your EGR, may be against federal regulations set forth by the EPA, and may be a violation of federal law to use this product on any vehicle registered as daily transportation use.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GEAR BOX Z INC, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS (THE "GEAR BOX Z INC PARTIES") BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT GEAR BOX Z INC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE GEAR BOX Z INC PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY GEAR BOX Z INC SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
